Dr. Frantz and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Frantz is very meticulous and conservative - he recommended watching a tooth that my previous dentist said needed a crown "just to be safe." The hygienist was very gentle while doing a great job. They were very attentive and even had a lovely warm lavender scented towel for me to wipe my face and hands with. My family started going to Dr Franz when he joined Dr Moody's dental practice. Dr Moody has retired and Dr Franz and his wife own the practice. Both are extremely nice and the office is always clean and organized. Dr Franz is very mild mannered. He explains the procedure he is going to do so the client knows what to expect. No one likes a dental pain. Dr Franz tries his best to provide a pain free procedure. Excellent dentist.

As a previous patient of Dr. Moody's for 15 years, when he announced his retirement I was sad and scared. How could I try again to trust another dentist as much as I did Dr. Moody? But he introduced me to Dr. Frantz, the Dr. selected to take over his practice. I thought I would give him a try, since Dr. Moody chose him. Since then I have had to come in twice. Both experiences were painless. He and his wife Beth go to great lengths to make the visit not only painless, but comfortable too. The results were excellent. I highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely wonderful staff. From the outside looking in, it looks like a run-of-the-mill dentistry, but the expertise that Dr. Frantz has on hand is staggering. I have yet to have anything resembling a bad experience. They are knowledgeable, patient, hard-working, and very empathetic to your needs. They also are very patient with payments, and are willing to work with you if you can't pay everything right then and there. I wish I could leave 6 stars!

We had a great encounter with Dr. Frantz. He went out of his way to accommodate us on a Saturday for a dental emergency and we weren't even a patient of his. He came in and opened the place for us on a Saturday and gave us excellent service. He made a tooth overnight for us and installed it the next day (Sunday). He was kind, generous, and went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely recommend him and his practice!

Not only am I a patient at Tennessee Valley Dental Care, but I have had the honor of being able to shadow Dr. Frantz for many hours and I have witnessed firsthand how phenomenal of a dentist he is. Dr. Frantz is also accompanied by Lesley, who is such a great dental hygienist. Her work is amazing. She makes dental checkups a breeze with how careful and gentle she is while cleaning. Like Dr. Frantz, Lesley is very informative and passionate about her work and puts the patient first. Another wonderful member of Dr. Frantz's staff is his wife, Beth. She works at the front desk and is always cheerful and welcoming when you first walk in the office. She makes sure that patients begin and end their visit on a good note. Beth is very knowledgeable and makes understanding the financial aspect of the visit easy. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Tennessee Valley Dental Care. They are very compassionate people and always make you feel welcome and at home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Tennessee Valley Dental Care is incredible. Beth (receptionist), Dr. Franz (dentist), and Leslie (hygienist) work so great together as a team. They go above and beyond making you feel great and feeling safe. Dr. Franz has put in several (probably very expensive) upgrades in order to protect patients and deeply sanitize the practice. I've been going here for several years now and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Dr. Frantz and his staff listened as I asked them if they could help my elderly mother-in-law. She had been "burned" by other dentists many times in the past with her dentures and expensive estimates. She stated to me that she just wants someone to listen. They assured me they were not only willing to listen, but if she felt comfortable with them, they were confident they could help her. I expressed this to my mother-in-law and some months later she made an appointment. She might have cancelled it a couple of times! But she finally got in and she raved to us about how wonderful her experience was. Dr. Frantz was able to use her existing dentures and repair them. She can enjoy eating again!

Excellent dental office! This has been the best experience with dental care and dental work that I have ever experienced. Dr. Frantz for one, explains and takes time to make everything known and details everything that is going on and the reasons behind each procedure. I have never been so informed on what is needed, why it's needed or the alternatives. Everything is up front and never a long wait (actually have stayed late to accommodate my needs). Everyone in this office are welcoming and professional. Always are made to feel like this is the right choice for dental care. It never feels like an assembly line or dental mill just to get the next patient in the door and you out. The Hygienist Lesley is sweetest and very good at what she does and you can tell that she loves what she does! She takes her time and is very thorough with everything she does while taking care of her patients and knowledgeable on our hygiene needs. Love-Love-Love this office and all of the staff.
